I went into the store on the 5th of January to upgrade my phone contract and also my data contract seeing that both is due.. The phone upgrade went smooth and Millicent was perfect at her job, when it came to the data contract, things went wrong. In no way was this Millicent's fault. I opted for the 18Gig night express package with the B683 router. I was told that it was not uploaded on the system yet which she confirmed by phoning. I was told to come in on Monday to check on it.. I came back on Tuesday just to heard that the package was still not uploaded and that I would be contacted when it will be. Came back again on the 12th and was then told it was a printing mistake MTN made and that the package was not available. It was advertised in their booklets and on their blog at [URL Removed] with the availability from 1 Dec until 28 Feb. Why is it only now they realised it? No communications is put out regarding it except people telling me it's not available. I'm due for my upgrade and I want that package deal as advertised.
