UPGRADE COMPLAINT-VERY UPSET

12th of December I did an upgrade at the MTN in La Lucia. I changed my package to the Samsung 40"Smart TV. The package I chose is the MTN 2GB Internet Package @ R419 pm x 24.
this package includes a 2GB Internet bundle 2GB on Night Express. I received the 2GB internet bundle not the 2GB on Night Express. I was told I would receive it on the 11th of January. When I questioned this I was told the same thing. The broucher does not say anything about receiving only the 2GB Internet bundle the first month. On the 11th of Jan I did not receive the Night Express bundle again. I was told because I was on a Top Up contract I am not entitled to a Night Express bundle. When I did the upgrade I was not told this, the brochure does not state this and in all my previous queries I was told I would receive it on the 11th of Jan.
On 7th of January I received the TV. The broucher states it is 2D to 3D conversion and 3FHD glasses are included. It states that the TV has a Clear Motion Rate 400Hz. The TV is not 3D & I did not receive any 3D FHD glasses. Clear Motion Rate is 100Hz. The broucher also said I would receive aSamsung Video voucher valued at R250.00, I did not receive this.
