Bad Service and not all products on package

Firstly, bad service at morningside, EVERONE was waiting for a very long time, and when you finally got to an agent, they didnt know what products are available in the brochure and when I did point to a product in the brochure they didnt know what that product was all about or what was offered. Bassie looked like he wanted to go home... very uninterested in what he was doing, and i later discover i didnt get all the products.
I Upgraded to the 2gig 2gig Night express, Samsung TV, Camera, Router a few days ago.
I received the 2gig, but i was not given the 2gig night express.
please add it!
I called 808 - they tell me they cant do anything i have to go back to the store.
i'm not going back, MTN is wasting my time and money. Further more i cant get through to Morningsides telephone numbers listed. Very frustrating!
please add t he 2 gig night express, i'm paying for it!
