FALSE ADVERTISING

On Friday 24th January 2014 we went to the store to enquire about DATA DEALS.
On THAT day the consultant gave us a MTN book with the deals advertised, valid until 31 January 2014.
We were interested in the MTN NIght Express deals:
9GB 9GB Night Express (Own Device) for R249 pm x 24 or
18GB 18GB Night Express (Own Device) for R449 pm x 24

We immediately applied, but the deal had to be approved. I was approved, however the prices in the book I was given on the 24th January 2014 were wrong, the correct price was double that of what was printed in the book given to me in the store on the 24th! Apparently it was corrected 1 January 2014 and only deals signed before 1 January 2014 were given the "concession".

If the prices were corrected 1 January 2014, why was I given a book with the incorrect prices on the 24th! Why were those prises not honoured?

The deal was stalled. We had top phone head office. They promised to get back to us, but never did. Today the deal expires and MTN is "off the hook".
