Hi I have an 8ta Internet promo 5 package with an extra 10gig night surfer added on. When I got the package everything was working fine, but the past month the Internet got so slow at night that I can't even load Google, in the of change I get to open [URL Removed] I only get like 300Kb/s download where as during the day I get 8Mb/s. Upload at night is about 2Mb/s. How is this possible that it gets so slow. The problem starts every night at about 7pm. Last month I wasted 8Gb of the night surfer because of the slow speeds. I also have important work to do at night regarding the internet. Please fix this or I will be forced to take my money elsewhere.
