After having 3G coverage i now struggle for EDGE

I took out a MTN dongle in December 2012
From the beginning, i had very good 3G reception where we're based in Silverton, Pretoria.
Since the start of 2013 the service has slowly gotten worse.
I'm now struggling to get EDGE, i cannot run a business with such poor internet service.

I'm now paying for a service that i'm not receiving.

Where or what is the problem all of a sudden???
