Since I have received my phone last year December I have not been able to use LTE on it. I have files numerous complaints about the network coverage or lack therof when it comes to data. I am always struggling for good speeds and tired of seeing the EDGE logo, Why do I have a phone like this when I can only get edge.

on the Vodacom site, this seems to be my problem, the concern is tat I got this phone from the iStore in Clearwater (Vodacom Contract)
I want proper bandwidth PLEASE, Vodacom have confirmed with me that this is a known problem, but does it really take a year to fix?
