Unacceptable Reception

Good Day MTN

I Have Recently Moved to A New Place And There is Absolutely NO MTN 3G Signal. I Only Get EDGE.
Now I Am a IT System Engineer/Online Gamer. I Use My Cellphone (That is MTN) For My own Personal Use and Business use if We Have Issues At Work. Then I Have a 3G Dongle That I Use to DAIL Into our VPN At work To Assist With Problems. Then I Have My 3G Dongle That I Use For Online Gaming. (We are a Popular CLAN And Do Gaming Competitions)
All My Communication is Done By MTN!! And I Have Never Had ANY Signal issues. Now at My New Place There is NO SIGNAL. I Cannot Assist Work, My Phone Does NOT WORK On EDGE (As it is a iPhone 4S) I Cannot Make or Receive Calls, I Cannot Connect With my PC To the Internet And Do my ONLINE GAMING!! Now This is a MAJOR issue To Me!!
I Have Spoken To People at The Complex And We have 348 Units And Everyone experiences The same Signal Problem With MTN.
I Have even Checked MTN Coverage Map and We don't Fall under 3G And This Area is A Major Boomed Area!! Here is The GPS Co-Ordinates : -26.119974, 28.159933
Please Can we Get a MTN Guy Out To Assist Us!!
