Sent my iPhone 3gs in for repairs on 10 January... They say it takes in the region of 10 - 15 days to repair. Yesterday, after almost a month without my phone and no notification as to its whereabouts, I had to call MTN myself. They quickly assured me that my phone had conveniently just arrived. After collecting it I discovered that it had not been fixed, but sent back because my SIM tray had not been included. Apart from the fact that I now have to go another month without a business phone, no one can tell me where my SIM tray is as it was not given back to me on the day I sent it in. There was no apology or any rush to fix the problem, the manager sent an email to the head office after I was rudely blamed for the problem. This branch clearly does not respect the fact that they are providing a service to PAYING customers. I have heard nothing but bad things about MTN. I went through trying to switch from Blackberry to iPhone last year and there is no way I can cancel my contract without paying an exorbitant cancellation fee. I can assure that when my contract is up I will be cancelling it, never recommending MTN and writing a scathing review. I have yet to hear about my phone
