I have email MTN customer care twice about poor reception in Somerset West
Last email was 23 January 2014. Previous email was months ago
No response has been received or is this how you operate.
Why must I post a complaint on Hello Peter in order to resolve queries.
We would like to use 3G internet ect in the area we live but due to only receiving edge we went with other networks

There is several areas in Somerset west that only has edge available
Where we live the best connection is on Cell c all the other networks only provide edge
What can be done about this, or shall I ask whether MTN is planning to do anything
We live in Voortrekker street, Somerset West which only provides edge
It's terrible that there are still areas with edge and I have friends higher up in Somerset West
which has the same problem
