MTN - Shocking service

Ok, so I moved to Hatfield, Pretoria on the 4th of January. Since then, where I live, i only receive EDGE coverage. I pay R200 a month for uncapped internet which i can't utilise cause of the bad coverage. So first of all I thought my dongle was faulty, bought a new dongle for R500, same BAD coverage. I called Coverage several times to explain my problem, only the 3rd time did they make a query for it, which they then told me it will take 10 business days for someone to come out to my house. 9 business days later i phoned them again, they then told me to wait 10 business days more, cause that's how long it normally takes. I made it quite clear that it's already been 9 business days, they then told me they'll make it urgent. 4 Business days later i phoned again, and yet again they said sorry and they will tell the person responsible to phone me as soon as possible. It's been 5 weeks, and i'm still with no/bad/weak coverage, and still I'm waiting for someone just to come out to my house. How long will it take them to finalise my query after they eventually came out??? This is very poor service and I want to know how MTN is going to repay me for a months Internet i lost.
