Irresponsibility and not checking facts

I am disturbed and disgusted that "someone" called my sister from Cell C and offered her a Samsung TAB, without doing a security check with her and verifying whether she was speaking to the main account holder or not. How can this happen?

I would appreciate that this never happens again, and I would appreciate the notes in the account be perused and Q.A. to intervene for this irresponsible and ill trained individual to be found out, as I will not allow such behavior to accelerate.

I have also been requesting for my sister and mother to be loaded as contact people in the respective numbers that they use and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WHAT HAPPENS IF THEIR HANDSETS GETS LOST? Surely they do have a right to call through to avoid the account being misused... can I get someone to call me for this to be sorted out?

I would also appreciate if my name is loaded on Flash, advising that should something be needed in my account, I have to be directly called and no one else. Thanks.
