Bad After sales service

I bought a laptop from from Cna I'langa mall. The laptop broke and i took it back for repairs. I was told that the laptop will cost R900 to fix and a further R400.00 to cover the courier cost. I have no problem with the amount but it has taken well over a month already. I was told in the beginning that the repair time is around 3 weeks. I returned to the shop after 4 weeks on the 26th October and it had not come back yet. The lady who helped me at the time said she will phone the acer repair center on Monday and find out what the problem is with the delay. I never heard from her. I returned to the Store on The 2nd November 2013 and I got the exact same response. I do not even expect to hear from her this time either. If I am at the wrong place to have my complaint delt with please show me in the correct direction. the Laptop was given in on the 26th Septenber 2013 and the cashier's name was Silindile Nyalunga. The order Number is 1553000272. The least i expect is that somebody can find out what is going on and let me know and if this is not possible i will have to approach Acer myself. The computer is a Acer Aspire One with a cracked screen.
