On the 15th of April 2013, I submitted my application forms for a Laptop deal (ACER E1-571 Notebook) amounting to R269.
The told me they would do the vetting and would come back to me before 48 hours to confirm if I was approved, which they did not. Instead I had to go to the shop again to follow up, they then told me that I was approved and they are now waiting for the Laptop to be delivered.
I once again, had to keep on going to the shop to see if the laptop has been delivered, each and every time they would tell me that the are still out of stock and are waiting for the manufacture to advise them on when the stock would be available..
It has been over 2 weeks since I submitted my application and it being approved. Today I went to follow up again and the guy just told me that they still don't have stock, in fact the order for the laptop still hasn't been placed. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY! If a customer wants stock and the supplier is out of stock, the logical thing to do is place an order for the customer, but that still hasn't been done.
I am so frustrated with MTN right now.
