I purchased an acer computer from mtn that had 6 broken key pads i immediately sent it back to mtn and was told they do not do repairs, i had to call acer to come and fetch it . after a week i called them to ask how far they were with the computer and was told no one knows were it was, after several calls i asked if i can speak to a manager or someone a bit responsible and was referred to Stuart Morgan who asked me to fax my proof of purchase, i did all that and he promised me that the credit should be done no later than tuesday the 12 of march 2013, on the 13 of march i called again after waiting for nothing!!! and was told that they were still waiting for my credit which might be approved after 3 weeks. i phoned Amanda Caccambel whom i had been referred to by Stuart but she did not speak to me . i asked the operator to give me an email that i can send my complaint to and he gave me one that does not work.i have been by acer people and my case number is 7196718 s and no one can help this case. its clear that Acer people do not care and they can not give good service. all i need is my new computer that i bought i wish the owners of the business would care enough!!!
