I bought an Acer laptop on 26 August 2013 for R10000.00 from Matrix, Bloemfontein. The problems with the computer started after only a week. It broke four times before they took the laptop in, and promised reaction within 7 days. In reaction to a written complaint, the CEO promised me that they will either replace the laptop, or give my money back. I've waited more than 2 weeks, and got the same computer back at 16:30 on 9 December 2013.By 22:30, after only 6 hours, the same problems started again! I was told that they replaced the faulty keyboard - now why will the same problem then be back? I already lost weeks of work and I am desperate. I want to know why the computer was not replaced as promised. Because I have no trust in Matrix anymore, I want to have my money back - plus expenses - to allow me to buy another computer and continue with my work. The staff at the Bloemfontein branch were very helpful, but I assume they can only do as they are told.
Today, 11 December, they again took the computer in to test, but there is no way that I am willing to take the same computer back again!
