On the 16th Of January I logged a call at the above mentioned store with Tanya Grobler regrading the coverage of MTN in the JSE buidling, got the following reference number #ANH-45557-256. On the 22nd I mailed Tanya to enquire about the status, only got a reply back on the 25th requesting a form to be completed for MTN, which I sent back on the 25th. No response since then, went to the store again on the 4th of February were I spoke to Ronny Jiyani, which gave a number for MTN coverage to phone, where MTN informed me that the call was only logged on the 30th of January and that they have 96 bussiness hours turnaround before they could do anything. This is poor service at ots best, and I have an unasuble tablet with no data contract, the very reason I got it for I can't use it for!!!
