Telephonically in November I was offered a Vodacom upgrade. On phones arrival discover it to be inferior to mine with another number attached to my account, as a pensioner don't need two phones to pay for. Next day 30th November 2013 sent it back with Post-Net to Vodacom Park with contents UNOPENED with Dealers name HOMMK and telephone number of Phillemon, with letter of cancellation (.with in seven days) I spoke to Sylviana at Vodacom Port Shepstone offices (she has been extremely helpful with all this) she said I need now just to contact the Dealer Hommk to reverse transaction. I tried many times to contact the dealer, always put on hold and cut off. No email,
I have sent a registered letter RD 851 785 667 ZA on 28th Jan to Vodacom Head Office TXN NO S4093000 37814 explaining the entire situation.
Yesterday discover on visiting [URL Removed] to get confirmation of delivery. Vodacom Park held the package for two weeks and returned it to Port Shepstone arriving December 30th. UNABLE TO DELIVER NO ADDRESS. ( NO DOUBT HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME) I was NOT contacted by Post -Net to let me know it was returned.
How can Vodacom not know its Dealers addresses??? WHAT DO I do no
