Day before yesterday evening on 28th Aug around 6 PM I submitted the porting request at vodacom Northgate mall. Yesterday evening I called vodacom customer care and they told me that cellc has to release the number.
Contacted cellc and they said that they have actioned the porting as per the conversation I had with Ayanda [Email Removed] She also has confimed the same via email.
Can you please ask your porting department to help me resolve the issue so that I can port to vodacom at the earliest. The number I want to port is 082 432 7753. If you try contacting me in this number and I am not reachable, it is due to bad receptionofcellc. Alternatively you can contact me on 079 947 0554.
