Im still waiting for vodacom to cancel my contract. I reported a bad service from the part of vodacom regarding a cell phone contract cancellation, vodacom responded via email to inform me to be incontact with the dealer to inform the dealer to do a "DEALER CANCELATION". To my suprise when i contacted the dealer (HIFI CORPORATION) in george is was then informed that the dealer closed down at the beginning of January 2013.
Im very much upset having been deceived by vodacom, knowing very well that the dealer closed. Ive resorted block my debit order with vodacom but they continue to deduct huge amounts of monies from my account. Ive instructed my bank to return these monies everytime a request by vodacom is sent. The number that i have on contract with vodacom is the following number: 073 666 7931
