I have been trying unsuccessfully to port from Cell C to Vodacom for over two weeks. I have received some assistance from the helpful guys at Vodacom in Hyde Park Corner. However, I am told that I now have to wait until the end of the month before I will be ported, despite having done the entire process with them several times over. This will bring the total time it has taken me to move to over a month! Surely this is unacceptable service?
