I recently checked to see what is my outstanding balance, to my surprise it was more than usual, I mean today is the 5th, what could I have possibly do to increase it on my Large plan contract.

So I phoned Vodacom, got the details of the company that subscribed them self without my knowledge, R7 a month. R7 does not bother me, it is the way that it happened. Do not have any details of the company, cannot reverse it or phone them. I feel that Vodacom could have at least inform me of the subscription and offered me a solution to a refund.

If I have not picked it up and it kept on running for 24 Months, that's a total of R168 that I could have lost.

What if those R30 per day companies do that as well...
