ON THE 8TH and 9TH OF JULY 2013, I initiated a call to Vodacom to try and change my current contract package to a different package called smart s. only to realize that some months down the line i was being charged a "CONTENT SERVICE FEE" Which was not and never subscribed to. Apparent I called Vodacom several times to indicate the unusual debit on my account but my claims were rebuffed as a normal subscription.

Later during the year i discovered my bills were always on the rise and demanded a reason for this, only to discover that a subscription fee to another service provider was going off my account without my prior knowledge. When I logged a call for subscription and refund Vodacom passed the buck to another subscriber claiming they are unaware of this.
They also tried to pass the blame of me. The question if Vodacom as a service provider isn't involved in or an aid to getting clients hooked up on some unforeseen subscription, how come this subscription was activated immediately my package was migrated to a different package, the same day and time. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I cannot pay for what I don't know of or about. Vodacom must PAY ME BACK
