My wife was billed R102.57 in November for Content Services. When I called Vodacom to querry this, they told me that my wife is subscribed to services from a company called WASPA.
Firstly, my wife never subscribed to anything from WASPA.Secondly, Vodacom should have checked with my wife first to make sure she is subscribed to any services with WASPA, before billing my wife on WASPA's behalf. It also seems like WASPA gave incorrect information to Vodacom so that Vodacom can bill my wife. Vodacom, you should check first with your clients whether information handed to you is correct.
I don't care who is at fault here, WASPA or Vodacom, I just want my wife to be refunded.
I am also due for an upgrade with Vodacom, and if this problem is not resolved asap, I will take up a new contract with another service provider. Also, I will cancel my wife's and son's contract with Vodacom when they expire.
