Did not subscribe but got billed for service why?

Today I checked my online billing details. Saw the amount was higher that it should be. Phoned Vodacom and they confirmed that Mira Network is billing my account with R 7.00 per day for a subscription. I did not subscribe to Mira Networks or gave them permission to bill my account. They are plain taking my money one way or another. If did not check my online billing account I would not discover this non subscription billing and could lost a lot of money. This is on my 3G bundle account with Vodacom. Luckily for me and very unlucky for others that do not check their online billing accounts, especially the ones with 3G bundle accounts. There is no other way to discover this surprise before receiving your account deduction at the end of the month. This is not a pleasant surprise and can hurt a lot of people, especially the poor.
