Before 11 February 2013 I was on Vodacom pay as you go and had a databundle promo 1GB x12m contract that I had paid upfront in October last year. On 11 February I was contacted and offered a smartlight contract from Vodacom Rewards company. I informed the lady that I had an existing databundle contract and she told me it would not be affected by the new contract. Later in the day when I realized that I had lost the data bundle contract I had and now only had access to 100 GB a month from the smart light, I asked that the contract be cancelled - I was back to prepaid on 13 February. The problem is that no-one is willing to take responsibility to reinstate the databundle contract i had. Bundle 5 of 12 was activated on 8 Febr -thus still 6 FULL months of 1GB data due to me. Vodacom can apparently not help because it is a Rewards problem. Vodacom customer care also refers one to Rewards Company - who are unwilling to help. I lost the R200 airtime I had on the phone before the contract, I lost the 7 databundles still due to me _ R700. I feel I am entitled to a refund of some sort - I have paid for products and vodacom has taken them from me.
