I went to the customer service centre in Rivonia Road to obtain a new sim card for my phone. When I got to the entrance the guard advised me that this customer centre had moved to Woodmead. There were no signs up to advise the clients of this and all the cars in front of me had to reverse out of the entrance causing chaos and frustration.
I find this an unacceptable situation and would like to know why this was allowed to happen.
