I have laid a complaint against Vodacom a few weeks back regarding wrongfull billing and them raising a debit order against my bank account and thus I was paying another random persons' bills.
After raising the issue I received my refund of R168. A week later Vodacom raised a new debit order against my account, took back the R168 and deducted a further R28.
I spoke to Eltino who assured me that they made a mistake and they know about it. Now I have to go to the bank to prove my banking details and I have to get a statement with all their transactions.
This has been dragging on for almost 4weeks now and I am getting sick of this. Vodacom can see they made a mistake but they are now doing everything in their power not to refund me.
I am sick and tired of a company like Vodacom just able to do anything they want and when they mess up they expect the "victim" of their mistake to go through a hastle to sort everything out.
Vodacom you better sort this out or I will ensure this matter is taken further. I will also go and lay a complaint on "tot u diens" in beeld and every other complaint website and paper.
