VODACOM DOESNT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS

A upgrade was done on my account in December, when i was told in January i lodged a Service request for investigation. No one called me to update me on whats happening till today. i had to call every 2nd day to ask and still got different responses from their 0821959 call centre, i was told i would be refunded in my BANK ACCOUNT for the money billed for that upgrade but till today NOTHING. only when I CALLED AGAIN i was told that i have been Credited in my VODACOM ACCOUNT. I AGAIN HAD TO CALL ACCOUNTS TO ASK THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY IN MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT BUT THAT IS NOT DONE TILL TODAY. Last night i received an sms i didnt understand, when i called them they told me my ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BECOS IVE REACHED MY CREDIT LIMIT. NEVER was i told that i had a CREDIT LIMIT on my Contract and the payment goes through my account every month but APPARENTLY I OWE THEM AND HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE MY ACCOUNT WILL BE REMOVED FROM SUSPENSION. i feel they dont care about people at all, dont inform us of anything but just want the money for themselves and nobody else. i am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM, STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND ITS BEEN 2WEEKS NOW.
