I received my feb 2014 invoice from vodacom via sms and saw it was a rather exorbitant amount from the regular billing, when i checked the detailed invoice online and saw there was a charge for R 188.90 for content services i had no knowledge of i contacted vodacom and queried it.

They informed me that i was subscribed to a serviced called Flexxyville @ R 7.00 per day. a subscription i was not aware i accepted and never received and sms's or any thing from this 'flexxyville'. i have never even heard of them. i informed vodacom to cancel this service immediately as i never subscribed to it, but now i am still liable for the charges at the end of feb, for a service i never used nor even knew i was subscribed to.

What now?

Now I am expected to pay for this obvious
