Hello, a sales person from vodacom sold me a contract of 99 vodacom 4 less contract, they told me that they'll only deduct R95 every month for R99 worth of airtime excluding BIS, i now get a statement saying r owe the R412 which does not make sense to me what so ever. They are telling me that they tried debiting me in December and did get money in my account which is not true, I asked them to terminate my contract they say i'll be put under bad record. I have recently changed debit my accounts to which they did not amend on their system and now i have arrears off R200 and which case is not my fault. I refuse to pay these account and i was this contract terminated with immediate effect. I was called to be offer this contract in Dec. and I no longer want it. Im very disappointed with vodacom. Please Help me resolve this issue :-(
