I really have no more words left for Vodacom. I am having endless problems since March to cancel my contract with them; they really made me do the extra effort to cancel this contract!!! A simple cancellation request the staff at Vodacom cannot do, I am hearing different stories from all different call centre agent! I was informed that my contract will be cancelled and the last debit will be end of April on the 1st of May I see they credited me which in fact the cancellation suppose to go through. When I phoned in I was told that there was system error and the cancellation did not go through!!! Whose fault is that??? Then I was advised to load airtime on the sim card so they can cancel my contract. I did as I was told today I phoned Vodacom I was told that they not allowed to reserve anything such as the cancellation and the debit will go through!!! What is this??? The service at Vodacom is pathetic and I will make sure the next person to think about taking a contract with Vodacom will think again cos I will not allow them to do so!!! Vodacom better contact me before the debit for May goes off otherwise I will take legal action against you guys because this is!!!
