I go to pick'n pay waterfront shop on 20131224. I ask the casher if the Airtime I buy from P'n pay can load into my Vodacom contract account or not. The casher is not sure and she consult her supervisor, then she give me the answer is YES. I buy R3000 airtime. I back home but I found I can't load the airtime into my Vodacom contract account. I consult the Vodacom hotline, I get the answer is The airtime I bought from P'n pay can not load into the Vodacom contract account. ' Can Vodacom customer center help me to charge that money into my contract account? ' I asked. ' No, it is different line, you must go to the shop where you buy it and ask refound! ' Hotline reply.
I find the V&A P'n pay manager Keenan. I require refound but Keenan said he is a vodacom contract customer too. He sure the airtime I buy from P'n pay can load into the Vodacom contract account. He go to Vodacom nearby for doulbe check after I several time required. The answer from Vodacom shop is 'No, you can not load the airtime into contract account.
Keenan let me go to his office several times, but finally he refuse to refound my R3000. I record audio before I enquire, I will not buy if the casher say NO.
