Contract expired and not cleared with ITC

I had a one year data contract with Vodacom from July 2011 to June 2012. I expereienced very bad service with Vodacom during this time so I decided not to renew my contract after one year, cancelled successfully and I did not look back. The call centre told me the account was closed and all done. During the duration of the contract I did not default once on any payment and was up to date with my dues. January 2014 credit record indicates that my credit balance is R149 for vodacome data contract for July 2012 and the account has not been closed. This has had a very bad record on my credit ratings/score and I am in no way at fault. It's the only factor bringing my score down. This is really frustrating.
