I have a contract with vodacom for 3years now.my contract was due for upgrade in February..I was going to cancel due to all the vodacom has putten me through with my past contract.even though we did not cancel it.my father took it out for me and the money gets debited from his account. I do not use my contact sim card I use my normal prepaid.from the time I have upgraded they haven't been debiting at all.my dad ls the money in his account. Vodacom has the debit dates I don't understand why are they not taking the money. I refuse to pay the interest on that accoubt because it was their fault.! I am done with vodacome. I am so frustrated because we are NOT rich! they can not just do what they feel like doing.we don't even get a call from statiing what's happening on that account! I am so sicj and tired of it!
