NO REPAIR AFTER 3 WEEKS WITH NO CALLS

Over the December period my phones microphone or speaker or something went wrong as I could not hear incoming or outgoing calls (again this is a problem for business reasons)
I handed my phone into Vodacare Rustenburg 08/01/2014 (phone now 4 months old) and a loan phone was issued (no problem with that) I could use that for the 7 working days that was explained to me
2 weeks later on a Sunday 19/01/2014 I received a call giving me a quote of R5400 odd to replace the screen (anger starting to build as I thought this was done under guarantee) I made it clear that I would take this up with Samsung, however, they should continue fixing the microphone/speaker under warrantee and left the situation

Phone received and now in same position as before cracked screen cannot make or receive calls- business again at a standstill.
NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE ON MY PHONE AFTER ALMOST A MONTH - story given - that Vodacare do not do half jobs, this was never explained to me at the store, first time I heard this was upon collection 3 weeks after the fact, after I was told repair would be complete in 7 days
