Faulty Lines since October 2013

This would be my 4th time to complain on Hellopeter. I don't know why i am bothering, it means nothing to Telkom. Its now Feb 2014, 5 months and my line is now worse than ever the SNR is below 5 at any given second. the line stays connected for about 3 min at a time then disconnects. I can not even open Google with out it disconnecting. you phone in, a technician phones you back, saying they are working on the Intermittent Network fault. but 2 weeks later its not fixed. my IS P says its a simple line fault and can not see why Telkom still has not fixed it. Every month we must pay out bill, but we do not get the service we are paying for? How many times should we complain? and nothing is done, Telkom does not care. you phone in and the call centre people are so useless each one gives different info and nothing ever happens. you sit on hold for over 30min no one answer the call just goes dead. is going on Telkom?
