BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR NETWORK SERVICE

4G Samsung S3 mobile phone sold to me by Vodacom in area where no 4G available even though I was told there was 4G. Experienced network problems from the start - poor signal or no signal at all - unable to make or receive calls. Had to approach Vodacare twice to assist and phone Vodacom customer services twice to assist. The solution from Vodacom is that I must change setting only to use Edge. As a result I am unable to use 3G and am only able to use EDGE.

Most recent issue experienced - when I make or receive calls I cant hear caller and they can also not hear me. Approached Vodacare Rustenburg who informed me that it MIGHT be the speaker and in that case they cannot check it in store and must send it away to Repairs. I will receive my phone within 14 working days. (What if it is NOT the speaker and I have to send it in unnecessarily??)
I need my phone for work and travel regularly for work - hence, I cannot be on the road with no phone. I asked for a loan phone in the mean time and was told their loan phone won't accept my Microsim and I must purchase a temporary phone. My alternative is to take a loan phone but I must purchase a sim adaptor - which they do not have in stock.
