I tried phoning the Telkom call centre to move to another internet data package. I can't use the 10210 number, as I am calling from a line that has internal extensions. I then tried dialling the 0800600126 as per the Telkom site, which doesn't exist. Then went onto the international call centre number which was not answered. How can I get hold of the only fixed line operator in South Africa???
