I received my first bill the end of Dec 2013 after upgrading my contract at the Vodacom Fourways branch. I am now being charged for an item which was free with the promotion package I took. I am also being charged for data which I cancelled when upgrading my contract. I phoned Vodacom more than TWO weeks ago and TO DATE NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME. I have also followed up on this request a few times but no one can help me. BEWARE WHEN UPGRADING YOUR CONTRACT WITH VODACOM
