I had BlackBerry Talk 100 whith BIS. when i upgraded they didnt cancel the bis with the BlackBerry Talk 100 contract now i'm paying for the bis yet i'm on the other type of contract. now they are telling me that its a value added. who asked you to add it on the current contract? and when i was upgrading why didn't they inform me that they were adding it as value added?

i regret upgrading, this is my last contract with vodacom
