Double billed for a service not received

Vodacom incorrectly upgraded me recently, instead of of upgrading an existing contract, a new contract was issued. when I realised the error, I contacted vodacom, who then corrected the mistake, by upgrading the existing contract, and a arranging to have the incorrect contract hardware etc uplifted. this is now nearly 3 to 4 months, and I am still being double billed. it is virtually impossible to get a hold of the correct deprt or a competent person to assist in resolving this issue. today was the final, got transferred 5 or 6 times, and then cut off. I need this double bill issue to be resolved ASAP
