Upgrading of contract. When upgrading from a Blackberry contract to a Smart M contract at the start of October 2013, I was told that my new contract and package would become effecitive at the end of October 2013. At the end of October 2013, I received a Vodacom sms informing me that I had been upgraded to a TopUp 135 contract, instead of the requested Smart M. I have tried to get the Clearwater Branch to correct the error sisnce 5 November 2013, and despite promises that the correction would be made within 24 hours, I have yet to receive cornfirmation of the new contract details or whether the correction has been made. My calls to the branch are not being returned, despite several promises.
