How can anybody be so deceptive? Only MTN can! My. Phone was sent in on 10/01/2014 for repairs. It came back on Friday 31 January 2014. Low and behold, it was as defective as it was when it was sent in. Don't think you will get a mediocre supervisor to speak to, they are as we are told by the consultants always in meetings.
MTN take note! You are soon going to see the same service delivery protests in front of your own doors. This will not take place to ensure a continuation of relationship with you. No, it will only be to get back what is rightfully ours and then to move on to another provider. You will then be left alone to deal with your own demise!
