I am on my second blackberry contract and never had to pay for data due to using the free blackberry applications called accuweather. I specifically signed my second Blackberry contract because i get these services free. I do not download things at all! I told the person when i upgrading that is why i am upgrading to a Blackberry contract specifically. Without notice they start charging me for the last 9 months of my 2year contract for using an free application. At least 9 other people that have Blackberries and is on the Vodacom service provider do not pay a cent for using accuweather daily! Marvin Timm from Vodacom tells me that they are lucky because soon they will be charged as well. Marvin promised me 3 months data on both my lines on my account will be credited. He blocked both blackberry lines on my account from using data, which is blocking my accuweather in order that i do not receive any more data charges. Today i receive the statement on which Marvin Timm (who had a serious attitude problem, telling me i need a court order to get proof of what he promised in recording) promised the credits will show. No credits on my accounts and more new data charges.
