No response from accounts department

Cell phone contract incorrectly loaded, resulting in a very high cell phone account. Numerous attempts to have the account rectified and the money refunded have failed, and I simply get told to 'wait another 3 to 5 days'. A month has gone by, and still no answer from mtn.
