I have a contract phone with Vodacom i use a blackberry, i had a problem with my handset it had a problem with the battery, i went east gate vodacare shop and hand in for repairs, i got a call from their IT technician telling that the handset is liquied managed, and the cause of the problem is because of the sweat in my hands, i always keep my handset inside a pouch.
i asked them provide prove that the handset is liquired damaged and the sweat in my handset caused the problem no one is willing to give a porper feedback. And Vodacom is expecting me to continue paying the contract even if i dont have the handset, I dont think that is fai
