I have been cancelling my account for 2 months now, everyone has indicated via email that it has been cancelled yet YOU STILL deduct the amounts off my account, and this is happening for TWO months now! I want to be reimbursed for both months as this is just taking it too far now. I want the money you have been deducting and it to be cancelled immediately!!!
