Shocking service for long standing customers

Recently one of my 3 contracts with Cell C/ Red Bull mobile expired, as Red Bull had no contract deals that suited me I wanted to change to Cell C (being the same network I thought it would be easy). I was instructed to cancel the Red Bull contract and switch to prepaid before they could activate my Cell C contract. I did as instructed and since have been put through the ringer with demands of marriage certificates and many other things. I have had 3 contracts with Cell C for the past 7 years and now a simple upgrade/contract change has cost me two weeks worth of headaches.

I will rather be cancelling my contracts on expiry and moving to another network where my long loyal history might count for something.
