My Lumnia phone is only a few months old. It has given me problems since the beginning but I thought that I was just not using the phone properly. I took it in to have it checked last week. The trainee assistant then proceeded to tell me "This phone is not for old people" Is this the correct way to address a customer? Next problem was when I was told that there had been un-authorised work done on my phone and something had been heated inside and they would not do anything further!!! Why on earth would I take a brand new phone to anyone other then the supplier to have it fixed. I am really upset about this as the only time my phone was ever opened was too remove and replace the battery to switch it on as that was one of the problems I had with it. I am really not happy with this situation and would like some answers from Vodacom.
